To meet the demands of today's professional flatbed talent, and give you a true feeling of the JLE Culture, you will attend a three day company orientation program at our headquarters in Dunbar, PA before officially joining the JLE team as a flatbed driver. This process will give drivers a chance to:
JLE will pay for a driver's transportation to Dunbar, their lodging and their meals while they are at orientation. We also offer additional monetary stipends for our Company driver candidates for each day they are in class.

Our three-day orientation begins on Monday at 08:00 AM and will run through Wednesday. Your support team will guide you through the process and get you on the road!

The JLE Center of Excellence is a 7500 sq ft classroom and lounge, stocked with driver amenities and dedicated to making your time at Orientation as efficient and comfortable as possible.

If drivers successfully meet the requirements of the JLE orientation program, they are eligible to be dispatched by their driver managers on their first assignments.
