JLE Driver Orientation Information

JLE requires all new drivers to attend a four to five day company orientation program at our headquarters in Dunbar, PA before officially joining the JLE team as a flatbed driver. This process will give drivers a chance to:

  • Obtain important onboarding information
  • Complete safety and securement testing
  • Meet their dispatch team
  • Receive their first assignments
  • And much more

JLE will pay for a driver’s transportation to Dunbar, their lodging and their meals while they are at orientation. We also offer additional monetary stipends for each day you are in class.

Please continue reading below to learn more about the JLE orientation and onboarding process. At the end of this week, we truly hope each of our new drivers takes away all they might need to feel comfortable before hitting the road on their first assignment.
