JLE drivers earn accessorial pay for the extra effort they put in to meet our customers demands.
That means we pay for tarps ($35), re-tarps, multiple drops, detention, layover and, if it happens, breakdowns!
Lease purchase: Top paying direct customer freight. Top 25% are taking home $185,000+ in profit.
JLE Company drivers can earn an additional 10% of their weekly pay by delivering safely and on-time and managing their clock.
