Ray George brings over 34 years of transportation experience. He started his career in trucking with a small trucking, moving, and storage company as a driver and dispatcher. He then upgraded his chauffeur's license to a CDL and has had a Class A CDL since 1986.
Through the years, he has have driven truck, been a driver manager, did set-up and start-up operations, been a terminal manager, was a freight broker, and a 3PL manager. His background also includes ten years of experience as a Safety Manager/Director and is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) through North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI).
Ray Quiroz serves as Safety Manager at JLE Industries. Ray's specialized focus in our Safety360 team is claims, risk management, and DOT compliance. Mr.Quiroz is a retired member of the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division and served the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Corrections Officer and retired from the PA State Police. After retiring from the PA State Police, Ray embarked on a career of safety management and compliance, working for various transportation companies and hospitals, before joining JLE.
Devin is proud to serve as our Safety Coordinator at JLE Industries. Devin is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Additionally, Devin has continued his educational pursuits by completing a Dual Graduate Degree Program with a Master of Science in Safety Sciences and a Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Devin provides JLE with a wealth of knowledge and information that supports the overall objectives of our Safety department. His primary area of focus is Professional Driver coaching and monitoring of our Safety Technologies to support effective coaching and counseling methodologies.
John is a proud Professional Driver veteran who has made the transition to our Safety Team as our Compliance and Securement Specialist. John’s primary area of focus is providing oversight to our orientation classes in best practices in load securement techniques, hours of service logging via ELD systems, and practical guidance to successful flatbed hauling. John has over 35 years of Professional Driving experience encompassing a multi-modal platform with a primary focus in heavy-haul open deck freight, general open deck and flatbed hauling, and dry van and refrigerator hauling.
